Dear Editor,
as indicated in our correspondence from Oct. 24th we hereby 
submit the revised version for printing. Here is a list of 
the changes we have made.

1) As requested when we submitted we have changed the colouring in 
   Figs 1-3 to red instead of yellow. This is reproduced better in
   print.

2) We have slightly reduced the length of the text.


3) Due to the aforementioned bug in the program the plots in
   Figs 1, 2, 3 have shifted slightly but not changed
   qualitatively, except for the previous slight dip in Fig.1,
   which does not affect the interpretation since it was in the
   low tan beta regime.

4) Due to questions we have received from several readers we have
   included a brief discussion of the variation of A_0 in the last
   paragraph at the end of page 3.

5) We have modified the acknowledgements.
