Overview

I am a Ph.D. student in the group of Hans Peter Nilles at the Bethe Center for Theoretical Physics in the Department of Physics of the University of Bonn. In 2009, I did my Diploma in the group of Stefan Groot Nibbelink and Arthur Hebecker at the Institute for Theoretical Physics of the University of Heidelberg.

My research interests are physics beyond the standard model, in particular string theory and higher dimensional supergravity theories. I am interested in both mathematical and phenomenological aspects of string theory. My recent research includes heterotic string theories and supergravities, F-theory, and Gauged Linear Sigma Models.
