Neutrino Oscillations
1) In 1998 the Superkamiokande collaboration killed the minimal Standard Model
by proving that atmospheric neutrinos oscillate:

The lower dashed histogram is a fit to the standard two-flavor oscillation
formula presented in class, with a difference of squared masses of 2.2 times
10-3 eV2 and maximal mixing angle, sin22 theta
