• The re-take exam takes place on Thursday, September 27th at 10:00 s.t. in room 116, AVZ. It will last three hours.
• The final exam takes place on Friday, July 13th at 14:00 s.t. in room 2.019 (seminar room on the bctp floor). It lasts three hours. Recall that the final grade will be calculated as max{ final exam, (30% homework + 20% midterm + 50% final exam)}, i.e. we take automatically the result that fits best for you.
• The midterm exam takes place on Monday, June 4th at 10:00 s.t. in room 2.019 (seminar room on the bctp floor). The exam consists partly of knowledge questions and partly of exercises, comparable to the homework problems, but shorter. We may ask you about everything that was discussed in the lecture and the exercises so far (Note that we are aware of the fact that only the first five homework problems have been discussed completely in the exercises). You need to know the most important formulas by heart (e.g. Christoffel symbols), whereas difficult ones will be given if necessary (e.g. Riemann curvature tensor).
• 19.4.2012:Please hand in your exercise solutions at the secretaries office, room 2.002 at the bctp, WE10. It is located at 2nd floor of Wegeler Str. 10 and then on the rhs of the corridor
• 5.4.2012: Rooms for the tutorials fixed! Monday 10-12 SRI, PI, Wednesday 10-12 U16 AVZ,
